“The Company” means Sign Projects Limited trading as Signs That Sell.
“The Purchaser” means the person or company whose order for the goods or services is accepted in writing by the Company.
“The Order” means a written or verbal request for the supply of Goods and or Services by the Company.
“Goods and Products” means all goods and materials supplied and manufactured by the Company.
“Services” means all work in connection with the order provided by the Company.

Price of the Goods, Products and Services

The price of the goods, products and services shall be the company’s quoted or as subsequently confirmed in writing by the Company and shall be exclusive of Value Added Tax, which the Purchaser shall be additionally liable to pay to the company.

Terms of Payment

The Purchaser shall pay the price of the goods, products and services within 30 days of the Company’s invoice to the address shown on the invoice. The Company shall be entitled to charge interest (both before and after judgement) upon any amount remaining unpaid 30 days from the invoice date at the rate of 7% per annum above the Bank of England base rate from time to time the date when payment due until payment in full is made.

Title

Title to the goods, products and services provided by the Company does not transfer to the Purchaser until payment of the invoice relating to those goods and services is made in full together with any interest, costs or court fees applied to the outstanding balance of the invoice.

Once the purchaser has taken delivery of goods, products or services, until such time as title passes to the Purchaser. The Purchaser shall be responsible for the safe keeping of the goods, products and services in good order and shall be liable for the full cost of the goods if they become lost or damaged howsoever caused.

Damaged goods / shortages

Delivered goods and products must be inspected at the time of delivery. Goods and products signed for as received in good condition will only be replaced at the discretion of the Company. The Purchaser must inform the delivery agent at the time of delivery of any damage to the goods and products or packaging and must inform the Company within one working day of any damage, defects, shortages or errors in the delivery.

Delivery / Installation

Delivery and or installation dates quoted are estimates only and the Company shall not be held liable for any delay of the goods, products, services however caused. Time for the delivery / installation shall not be of the essence unless agreed by the Company in writing.

The Company will not be held liable to the Purchaser for any consequential loss, (including loss of profits) howsoever caused due to the late delivery or installation of goods, products or services.

Warranty

The Company warrants to the Purchaser that its goods, products and services are free from defects in material and workmanship, but limits its obligations under this warranty to replacement of goods, products or services.

This warranty does not extend to any other person or company purchasing or obtaining the goods, products and services from the purchaser unless such extended warranty is provided by the Company in writing.
